Our company has successfully shipped a batch of E320 drive gears and towing wheels for E320 excavators to Kenya. The goods were packed on wooden pallets and passed the quality inspection before shipment.
After quenching and tempering treatment, the driving gear undergoes medium-frequency induction hardening treatment on the entire tooth surface. A multi-power segmented induction hardening heating process is adopted to achieve precise control of the heating temperature, heat penetration depth, and hardened layer depth of the tooth root, tooth surface, and tooth tip. This makes the surface hardened layer have a uniform structure and refined grains, and the tooth surface has high wear resistance.
